Extinction rebellion blockade print works in Broxbourne, Knowsley and Wapping; thus preventing the delivery of thousands of newspapers. The victim titles were: The Sun, The Times, The Sun On Sunday and The Sunday Times, The Daily Telegraph, Sunday Telegraph, Daily Mail, Mail On Sunday, London Evening Standard and some Guardian supplements. On of the disrupted papers actually was scheduled to carry a column written by the British naturalist, Sir David Attenborough, slamming global warming. There were 72 arrests made at the blockades.
